Payment Options

We are registered with the Illinois Department of Revenue and as such collect a sales tax of 8% (for Gurnee) on all purchases. We accept:

No additional fee.

Check

Upon approval.

Credit Card

An additional 3% fee is charged.

Zelle

This is a free service offered at most banks.

Venmo

This is free service if sent from a Venmo balance, a bank account or a debit card.

PayPal

A 3% fee may be charged depending on how the money is sent.

Cash App

A free service if sent from a credit card or bank balance.

Apple Pay

A free service.

Deposits

Should you decide on a puppy from the photos we provide online, you may put a deposit down to reserve the puppy (typically $200). Deposits are non-refundable since we will cease advertising or showing the puppy to other families. Deposits are applied towards the purchase We do not offer payment plans.

Refund Policy

Unless agreed upon at the time of purchase you cannot return your healthy puppy for a refund. Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the seller. If the seller agrees that you may return your puppy, a minimum of $200 will be withheld from the purchase price.
