Payment Options
We are registered with the Illinois Department of Revenue and as such collect a sales tax of 8% (for Gurnee) on all purchases. We accept:
We use the company “Square” as our merchant on all credit card purchases. You will receive a Sales Receipt from Patty’s Pups, but you may also request a sales receipt sent directly from Square at the time of purchase.
Deposits
Should you decide on a puppy from the photos we provide online, you may put a deposit down to reserve the puppy (typically $200). Deposits are non-refundable since we will cease advertising or showing the puppy to other families. Deposits are applied towards the purchase We do not offer payment plans.
Refund Policy
Unless agreed upon at the time of purchase you cannot return your healthy puppy for a refund. Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the seller. If the seller agrees that you may return your puppy, a minimum of $200 will be withheld from the purchase price.
